The Strand Commercial Property Owner’s Association is part of the 600-acre master planned community at the strand in North Naples. The 50-acre award winning commercial area includes 65,000 sq/ft of retail, and 79,500 sq/ft of professional offices anchored by Publix Supermarkets, Bank of America, Wachovia Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and McDonalds.
The Association maintains its own entry features/signage, fountains, and elaborate landscape maintenance along Strand Boulevard and Tavilla Circle.
The Association is governed by a 3 member Board of Directors who oversee all operations and architectural controls.
