CDD was established in 1992 as an exclusive island community of 134 lots accessible by bridge from San Marco Road. This community, located southeast of Marco Island, has 546 acres, 375 of which are natural preserve, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and Florida’ 10,000 islands.

CDD is located in South Naples. Lely Resort includes 1750 acres and 9,150 approved residential units. Combined with the adjacent communities to the north, the combined service area includes over 3,000 acres, 850 acres of natural preserve and 850,000 s/f of commercial property. Lely Resort was developed by Stock Development in 1990.

CDD is located in North Naples. Pelican Marsh, which includes Tiburon (600 acres), is Naples largest community at 2,075 acres and is the home of the Ritz Carlton’s Golf Resort. Created in 1994 by WCI Communities, Pelican Marsh consists of two golf courses, 3125 residential units, 250,000 s/f of commercial space, and 145 hotel rooms.
